My office is entirely online, and it is located in my home.

We can work together as long as you’re in Florida, New York, or New Jersey at the time of your appointment.

What are your hours?
I am in the office on weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Do you take insurance?

Yes!

In Florida, I accept Aetna, Florida Blue, Quest, and United Healthcare.

In New York and New Jersey, I accept Aetna, Anthem, Optum, Oxford, Quest, and United Healthcare.

How long are your sessions?
Sessions last 45 minutes.
How do I set up an appointment?
You can call or email me. We will have one to three consultation sessions before deciding to work together.
What is your cancellation policy?

For consultation sessions, I require 48 hours’ notice.

I charge for missed sessions thereafter. This will be explained in further detail once we start working together.

What age ranges do you work with?
I work mainly with individuals between 20 and 40 years old.
Do you work with men, women, couples?
I work with individual adults only.
What modalities do you use?
I primarily use psychodynamic psychotherapy.
Do clients receive homework assignments between sessions?
Not usually. But if you’d like to assign yourself something, I’m happy to oblige.
What’s your professional training and experience?
I received my B.S. in psychology from Florida State University, my M.S. in mental health counseling from NOVA Southeastern University, and post-graduate psychodynamic psychotherapy training from the Contemporary Freudian Society in New York.
Do you prefer tea or coffee?

Definitely coffee… although I wouldn’t turn down a Boba tea.

I use a special coffee maker at home that grinds the beans before it brews. It’s AMAZING… 10/10 recommended!

I also have an espresso machine for an afternoon latte.

Hot or iced coffee?
BOTH! I take my coffee almost any way as long as it has dairy-free creamer – especially vanilla or pumpkin flavored.
What’s your favorite dog breed?
Of course, it’s a goldendoodle because of my beloved “Pickles.” He’ll occasionally make an appearance in sessions.
Soup for breakfast… or cereal for dinner?

Soup for breakfast?? NO way! Cereal for dinner… because it’s so simple and delicious.
